Not long ago I met a man called Jason Anderson. Jason is a divisive character probably because of his staunchly held views about nutrition and lifestyle and his inflexible and unapologetic approach to getting this across.
Personally, I think he talks a lot of sense and appreciate and admire his no-nonsense approach in a world wrapped in cotton wool 'in case we might hurt someone's feelings'.
"Understanding that health, beauty and well-being are not merely a coincidence or a matter of good (or bad) luck, is the beginning of a journey of acceptance and responsibility for our own destiny and our children's nutritional inheritance." – Jason Anderson
