This 1 day CPD workshop aims to provide the manual therapist with both the theoretical and practical knowledge needed to understand the various uses and effects of kinesiology taping. We use the most recent research available to inform the techniques shown on this course.

You will learn the correct and safe use of kinesiology tape as well as a variety of kinesiology taping techniques that you can immediately apply to your practice.

The course covers the following areas of kinesiology taping:
- Safe & correct use
- History of k-tape and how it works
- Acute injuries
- Chronic conditions
- Ongoing injury management

As well as covering standard taping techniques, this course focuses on teaching the underlying logic of kinesiology taping, so that instead of memorising methods, you’ll understand what you are trying to achieve and be able to apply the tape confidently in any situation.

Kinesiology tape will be provided for use on the day.
